Rock back on Rf, recover on Lf (12), make a 1/4 turn left on Lf & lift R knee up, & kick Rf low forward on diagonal (9:00) 

3&4&

Cross Rf over Lf, step Lf slightly to the left side, & cross Rf over Lf, & lift L knee up

Cross Lf over Rf, step Rf slightly to the right side, & cross Lf over Rf weight onto Lf
