Travel to Right on  these 4 counts by twisting on Left foot.

Do this slowly within 4 counts.  Lean your body backwards as though you are doing the limbo rock.  Shimmy your shoulders throughout.

  Kick Left leg forward, Step Left foot next to Right foot. Pop Right knee in towards Left knee. Hold.
